Handgun Qualification License (HQL)

This course prepares the student to apply for the Handgun Qualification License.
Must be a resident of the state at least 21 or older and free of felonies and certain misdemeanors.
HQL's are only needed to purchase , rent or transfer a firearm within the state of Maryland. You do not need an HQL for a firearm you already own.
